Words Alive is now recruiting volunteers for our flagship programs, Early Literacy Intervention and Adolescent Book Group. Please complete a volunteer application and attend one of our upcoming volunteer orientations and trainings.
Here are the
upcoming volunteer orientations for spring and summer 2012:
- Thursday, May 3 from 11am-12pm
- Friday, May 25 from 10:30am-11:30am
- Monday, June 11 from 2pm-3pm
- Tuesday, June 26 from 10am-11am
- Thursday, July 12 from 2pm-3pm
- Tuesday, July 31 from 9:30am-10:30am
- Friday, August 10 from 11:30am-12:30am

are interested in registering for the Volunteer Orientation.
Volunteer Orientations are hosted at the Words Alive office in Pacific Beach. Please be aware that our office building is not wheelchair accessible. If you have special needs, please contact the office prior to the volunteer orientation. We can make alternative arrangements. Moreover, our office is a dog-friendly building. If you have pet allergies, please let us know.
