Words Alive is located in the vibrant and walkable East Village in downtown San Diego. Over 70% of our partners are located within six miles of our office.
We are located at the intersection of Park Blvd. and F St. (both one-way streets). Please note there is no parking on Park Blvd.
If you are a volunteer picking up books or learning kits, you may park in in front of our roll-up loading door on F St.
Loading door is in red.
Transportation
There are several ways to access our new office! We encourage you to take public transit - 770 Park Blvd is conveniently located near two trolley stops.
Public Transit
770 Park Blvd is easily accessible from the Blue and Orange Line trolleys, and a simple transfer away from the Green Line trolley. We are located between the Park & Market station (3 min walk) and the City College station (4 min walk).
Adult fare tickets are $2.50 for two hours. You may purchase tickets ahead of time on the PRONTO app (simply scan your phone before hopping aboard the trolley!) or at the station.
Parking
Paid parking lots and metered parking are available within walking distance.
